Garlic Scapes:

 

Garlic scapes are the top stem of hardneck garlic plants. It is similar to a green bean. It has a mild garlic flavor that is available during the month of June. These are great for grilling, steaming, sautéing and our personal favorite, battered and deep fried. These can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Because of our concern for how well they will keep fresh during shipping,  we currently only ship Garlic scapes to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Upper Peninsula-MI.    If you would like scapes shipped to you, please contact us directly.  Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days and must be a separate online transaction
