Both our medium and large garlic bulbs are versatile and can be used for culinary purposes and planting as seeds. Typically, our medium bulbs are favored for their delightful culinary attributes, while the large bulbs are sought after as ideal seed starters. Our harvest is completed, and we are taking orders for both our gourmet medium/culinary and large bulbs for Fall Shipping.
Our garlic had an exceptional year and the majority of our medium/culinary are 1.75-1.99 inches.
Orders for medium/culinary garlic will begin shipping in late August/early September after the garlic bulbs have completed the curing process. Orders for larger bulbs for seed will ship closer to mid/late September, closer to planting time. If you would prefer to receive these earlier please note this when ordering.

Our garlic crop this year was severely impacted by the spring ice storm that hit Northern Wisconsin resulting in damaged plants and a low yield. As a result, no garlic will be available for sale. We understand that many customers look forward to the garlic, and it is disappointing that this natural event has prevented providing it this year.
